Excellent service and communication!

Spoke with Brad and Brad the other day about furnaces, performance ratings, and service rates for different brands. They had a good depth of information (confirmed with a competitor) and then I met with Josh. He answered my questions with candor and transparency, said when he didn't think an option I was considering was necessary, and had some good suggestions for me to consider.

Dan was professional and very friendly. He cleaned up everything and it was a great experience!

I was so impressed with the timely service. I was so cold and upset. Dillon came out and he was awesome, professional and friendly. He had my furnace up and running in no time. I would recommend Comfort First to anyone.

Excellent service

I would probably use Comfort First again if I new it was Dillon or someone of his caliber that would be doing the work. Dillon was the second technician to come to our house. The first technician, although polite, did not seem confident in his knowledge of our brand of furnace. He spent nearly 5 hours working on it and in the end, do to what I am told was a faulty new control board, we were left with no heating. Dillon came out the next day and was in and out in under an hour. Dillon's confident, and polite demeaned put me right at ease, after a night of wondering if I had called the wrong place.

While not having a working furnace, Dan supplied us with space heaters to help keep us warm while things were replaced. The process was quick, flexible, and convenient.
