The team at Comfort First Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job of working efficiently and swiftly to get my furnace replaced on short notice in the dead of winter. I came home from work to a cold house and discovered that my furnace had stopped working unexpectedly. A service technician came out and found that the furnace was in need of replacement. The furnace was an old model that had given our family problems in the past. I opted to replace the old furnace. The team from Comfort First Heating and Cooling sent another representative out to my house the same night with space heaters and to begin discussing heating options and coordinating installation. Randy came out to the house to conduct the instillation of the new unit and was very professional and efficient in the conduct of his business. My family and I are very pleased with the new high efficiency model furnace that Randy installed and we are very happy with the service that the team at Comfort First Heating & Cooling provided throughout the process.

Duane was very knowledgeable and made sure that we understood everything about our ancient heating system. We had the oldest boiler system he said he has ever seen, but Duane made sure that everything was functioning properly and that we understood the safety elements of the system. He did a great job at explaining how the system works and how to achieve the results we want. He was very proficient and polite.

We purchased our Comfort First HVAC System when we built our house in 2005. For years it has provided the comfort we needed. Couldn't be happier. However, our latest experience has been underwhelming. Though their service was good, the problem took longer than expected to identify and repair. Over the last 60 days, we have been visited no less than 5 times by a Service Technician, (that's the good news). Unfortunately, it took a full 60 days to fully identify the problem, identify the corrective action, and make the repair, (not good news). The staff has always been professional and courteous. I just wish it hadn't taken so long to have faith that I would have heat in the house. Again, they do a good job.
