I am very happy with my new furnace. The customer service provided by Dan was exceptional and he was willing to answer all the questions we had. He was patient and willing to negotiate. While not having a working furnace, Dan supplied us with space heaters to help keep us warm while things were replaced. The process was quick, flexible, and convenient.

Purchased a new furnace and installation in December. They sent out one guy instead of two so the job took nearly 12 hours. Yes, that's 12 hours of no heat in a home with two small children. It seemed silly that they would not even have provided space heaters or something. Finally as I'm trying to get the children in bed the job is "done". Except the installer tells me that he is not going to take the old furnace out tonight by himself so will have to schedule another time so they can come pick it up. So that is more time out of my schedule to accommodate this company. And to top it all off the furnace does not work correctly! It runs continuously so we have to schedule another time (at the convenient of Comfort First of course) for them to repair the furnace that they installed incorrectly. You would think that throughout all this they might have offered me some form of compensation as a way to make up for the numerous inconveniences we've been forced to endure.
