We are very satisfied with the work Comfort First did, from Dan's visit to scope out our needs, to the system that was proposed, to Nate and James' very neat and professional installation. Great service by everyone!

We got bids from a few companies for our new AC. The prices were all comparable , but Dan from Comfort First was the only person to NOT launch into an annoying sales pitch when he was here, which I appreciated. Everyone on the phone was also friendly and professional, and you got us on the schedule quickly - Thanks!

I met with Dan Tuesday, just a few hours after my 38-year-old central A/C failed. He provided thorough, thoughtful, professional information. He also discussed options and then computed parameters to determine what size my new central A/C will be. Later that day, he provided detailed price information and then delivered a contract that I signed. I made a deposit and am awaiting scheduling for installation.

We worked with Josh. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and we felt he really had our best interests in mind. He discussed everything in detail and gave us a range of options. We felt no pressure into having to buy or make a decision straight away. Plus our dog really loved him! I received four quotes from four different companies for a new furnace/AC and water heater. Comfort First was not the lowest, but were pretty close and I liked how Dan explained everything. So I went with CF. The install took two days and went well. The installer Jeff worked his butt off and made sure I was happy in the end. So far so good. I will know more after my new stuff runs for a year, but so far I am very satisfied!

All the staff was very knowledgeable and the installation crew did an excellent job. I did some comparison shopping, and their product was the best at the price point we wanted to pay.
