They managed to squeeze us in the same day we called. The person on the phone was very polite and followed through on when he would call back. Our technician was very nice and thorough. He had to go through quite a bit of trouble shooting to find a source of a gas leak. It was the tiniest little imperfection and he was able to find it and fix it. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic.

Brad and Kevin were very helpful to work with us as we evaluated our needs at our office, as well as figuring out some upgrades that met our budget. They also helped with the necessary paperwork to get a utility rebate. Most of the work was done by an insulation subcontractor but they followed up extensively with us. There were a few items that required more follow-up from our end than I would have preferred, but they were ultimately resolved through their patience and attention.

I had excellent customer service with Comfort First. My service tech, Kevin Hettler was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, courteous to my wife and I. He explained everything in great detail and helped justify why certain actions need to be taken. Not only did I find his information useful, but it helped allow me to gain a better sense of my furnace and its operations altogether. I hope to deal with Kevin again for all future home heating and cooling needs.

This whole situation started at 4:45pm on a Friday night. We called Comfort First about service and they spent a good deal of time with us on the phone to troubleshoot...past 5pm (closing time). They were so helpful. Our furnace kept going on and off and we eventually had to replace it. Pricing was decent and service, plus installation, was done well and quickly. Thank you for the fast response and all the help you provided.

My furnace stopped providing heat on one of the coldest days of the winter and when I told my story to Josh at Comfort First he made time to come to my home after hours to quote a new unit. Due to my 'no heat' situation the company made me a priority and sent out two friendly and knowledgeable installers. I had a new furnace heating my home in less than 24 hours after speaking with Josh. I couldn't be more pleased with the way Comfort First has treated me.

Kevin was very informational in explaining the differences in the furnaces and water heaters, and in explaining what I needed for the size of my home. Jeff and James were very courteous, detail oriented, and thorough when they installed my new furnace, water heater, and central air. All the areas were left very clean when they were finished. I will definitely be recommending Comfort First to my friends and family!!

Josh came out to finalize our pricing and he did an excellent job in explaining everything. He is a pro!
