The company and employees have been great to work with. It's usually the little things one notices overall. The one outstanding thing that I noticed was that all of the employees doing the in and out work on heaters and air conditioners was the care they took with the inside of the house, always being cautious not to bring mud, rain, etc.in on the carpet or flooring! Both he and Nate went over all instructions with me so I know exactly how to operate the new equipment. My furnace malfunctioned on one of the coldest days of the year and the staff of Comfort First responded ASAP to my service request. They were very professional, friendly, and the serviceman arrived when I was told he would. Their prices were very reasonable and they provided me with a no-pressure estimate for another component in the furnace the serviceman identified to be aging. Furnace is working great again.
