I called at 830 in the morning, my problem is completely solved before 11!this company and its staff are excellent and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I was surprised to be offered an appointment on the same day as my request for service. Brad was wonderful!! He was very knowledgeable and explained (in layman's terms) what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Brad was also extremely friendly and genuine. I don't want to have anymore problems with our furnace, but if I do, Comfort First would be my first choice and I would request Brad. I look forward to them providing yearly tune-ups.

The service person who came to my home was kind, professional, and took the time to explain things to me. To me, it really matters when service people help me understand my home (and offer advice for prevention of problems) rather than only come in and fix the problem. He did the job well - no problems since. I was, however, dissatisfied with the customer service end of things. I apparently was given an appointment at a time when an appointment wasn't supposed to be scheduled (re-stocking time?) and so the guy who made the appt with me never showed up. After 45 minutes I called, confused: how are you late for the first appointment of the day? I was told I should not have been given an appointment at that time and that the service person would be over in less than an hour. It seems to me that since they were already 45 minutes late that they should have sent the person over right then. It wasn't my fault that they scheduled me at the wrong time! Anyhow, nobody showed up within the hour, and the hours ticked by with no word from them. In the end, 3+ hours and two more phone calls later they finally showed up. I had waited almost all morning for my 8 am appointment. I got the feeling they were punishing me for calling several times and that's why they took so long to come over. (I kept calling b/c they kept not showing up when they said they would.) If I were running a business I would prioritize someone who had been waiting that long, but they obviously didn't do that. They also never apologized to me for the mix-up or the considerable inconvenience. Fortunately, The man who came over was not the guy who scheduled the appointment with me (maybe b/c they knew I was angry by that point?), but I was very happy with the man they did send. So, they do great work...if you can get them to actually come over.

My A/C conked out on the hottest week of the year. I called Comfort First (with whom I have dealt in the past) and they had an available appointment the same day. The technician came out, ran through everything, charged up my freon, gave me some tips on how to keep it running better in the future, and was on his way. And the cost was very reasonable!

I was very pleased with the service received from Comfort. The technician was timely. I would definitely give them a call. I had a minor problem that was resolved quickly.

We had a mini-split air conditioner installed in one day!! It also involved modifications to our electrical service and we had them fix some other things. We live in a very old house and they were able to sort out some unconventional wiring and everything now works great!

The company did a thorough heat-loss study, provided good options and is taking responsibility for handling rebate paperwork. They had an after-installation inspection by a different person who checked and verified all was done properly. During installation, they also found and corrected a potential problem due to a lose breaker-box connection which caused some noticeable heating in the main circuit area. Thorough effort there, too.
