Comfort First Heating & Cooling was highly recommended by a coworker. Now I call them whenever I need help with my furnace or air conditioner. They respond quickly, their employees are all very helpful and personable, and they do a great job!

I'm confident that we had access to State of the art info and measures to save energy and gain comfort in our home. We had two problems that needed to be followed up upon: rim joist foaming missed some areas and furnace humidifier was not serviced or brought to our attention initially. The service crews, office staff and Josh were all very friendly, couteous and a pleasure to have in our home.

Josh was very professional and courteous. I was impressed with his depth of understanding and willingness to spend time simply discussing my home and the way it heats, cools and breathes. He wasnt pushy and didn't try to upsell me things that I didnt want/need. Brad W (who i spoke with on the phone) was a great resource and helped me to understnd the rebates and to leverage them into more work at less cost.

Although the repair cost us more than we'd like, this is the best company I've called by far. Others were not willing to help since our system is "difficult" or jus gave us absurdly high prices. While still more than we'd like, comfort first was very thorough and explained all the repairs and we are pretty satisfied.

Duane was very nice and helpful. He listened to my concerns and did all he could to help out. My only negative was scheduling, I was told 4 pm appointment but never given the window that they might arrive, only I would receive a call an hour before they arrive. It is just hard to plan around.
