I woke up to a non-functioning air conditioner on a super hot day. I made an appointment request on line. Someone called me right away. Within 2 hours my unit was repaired for a very reasonable price. This company is great.

The service was timely. Cost was higher that I expected for a filter
The actual (installed) clean air unit was different from what I envisioned based on what I saw in their brochure. The work was done in a timely fashion, and they did what they had promised to do; but I was not sure that the unit was described properly to me when I first inquired.
