Needing major repair on your heating system around Christmas is never welcome, but our experience with Comfort First was excellent. Ashley was great at coordinating everything. Dylan (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was a great tech; on time, efficient, and pleasant. He updated us regularly on progress and showed me what had gone wrong with the old part. I asked a lot of questions, and they were patiently and thoroughly answered. Thank you.

Purchased both heat and cooling services from Comfort First in the East Lansing/Lansing area. The workers were kind, respectful and completed their duties with impeccable timing. My wife was astonished when she saw our furnace room, they left it more than ten times cleaner than it was when they started. Technician checked AC unit to find source of leak. Found the problem quickly and offered repair and replacement options. In addition, technician did a check of our furnace that Comfort First replaced last fall. Another good experience with the company.
