Needing major repair on your heating system around Christmas is never welcome, but our experience with Comfort First was excellent. Ashley was great at coordinating everything. Dylan (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was a great tech; on time, efficient, and pleasant. He updated us regularly on progress and showed me what had gone wrong with the old part. Purchased both heat and cooling services from Comfort First in the East Lansing/Lansing area. The workers were kind, respectful and completed their duties with impeccable timing. My wife was astonished when she saw our furnace room, they left it more than ten times cleaner than it was when they started.
