I was very pleased by the thoroughness of the insulation and sealing work done as well as by how neatly the house was kept during the work. Drop cloths were used everywhere the workers walked and I was very pleased by the air flow improvement (1850 cfm to 1010 cfm).

Two worker came to install the new thermostat sponsored by consumer energy. They are on time, patient, and friendly to me and my young kids. They are also knowledgeable about the programming tips with cell phone apps and computer screen. They even took off their shoes just to follow the house rule without being asked for.

The two young man who installed the device at home were very courteous and respectful.The explained everything very clearly and made themselves available if help was needed in the future.
