The reason for my service call to Comfort First was a gas fireplace which was not working. As promised when I scheduled the appointment, I received a call letting me know that the service technician was on the way. The technician (Duane R.) arrived within the time range promised. Duane was courteous, professional (even brought slippers to wear inside my home), and was able to diagnose and repair the fireplace promptly. He provided excellent service! Thank you.

I appreciated how prompt the tech was after I received the call he was on his way. This meant I didn't have to sit and wait this close to the holidays. The tech fixed my fireplace super fast! I will definitely call them again!
