Very happy with Dillon's furnace service including inspection, testing, adjustments made and fully addressing safety concerns. Fully explained his evaluation and results before and after installation of humidifier and larger filter and answered all my questions. Randy did an excellent installation of above and completely explained operation and maintenance required.

Discussed our whole house humidifier needs with Brad W. He recommended a model but first wanted to do a house evaluation checking system and house tightness for leaks. Josh came to house and did an outstanding job evaluating our HVAC system for our house and actual house air leakage. Completely explained all and made recommendations for not only humidifier but also a new larger filter to correct return air problem and he supplied itemized quotes. I have never had such a comprehensive HVAC evaluation including printouts of all information. Very impressed. I went forward with recommendations which were scheduled for the next day.
