Comfort First just installed a new furnace and water heater for me! I was converting to natural gas from propane and they coordinaged with Consumers which took a lot of the stress off me. Dan was great during the sales process and was prompt and accommodating. Jeff was here for 2 full days and did a great job with installation and also keeping me informed. Price is very competitive and I like the process they have to try to match up the right size furnace for my house. I am looking forward to continuing the relationship with servicing! Great job!

While comparing local company bids, we found that Comfort First Heating & Cooling came in with a comparable bid slightly less than other competitors. But, here was the best selling point...not only is there a 10 year warranty on parts, but also a 10 year warranty on the labor also. I found that no other companies that I checked with offer that. They only offer 10 year parts and only 1 year labor.

This company is what I would expect for an HVAC company, very courteous, timely, prompt, clean, and forthright. Secretary answers phone promptly and also has great online response time.

Pricing for both furnace and air conditioner from Comfort First better for type/quality of units installed compared to four other estimates. Options discussed/no hidden costs. Agent/installers were all patient, courteous, and communicative beginning to end.
